CHEESE TOMATO TART 
1/2 pkg. pie crust
4 oz. cheddar cheese (1 c. shredded)
6 oz. Swiss cheese (1 1/2 c. shredded)
3 med. tomatoes
1 tsp. basil, crumbled
1 tsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. chopped green onion
2 tbsp. butter
2 pieces soft bread

Prepare pie crust as directed and add 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese. Pat into 9" pie pan. Prick well. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes. Cool. Spoon remaining cheese into pie crust. Slice tomatoes into wedges. Arrange overlapping into circular pattern over cheese. Sprinkle with spices. Chop bread into small pieces and saute with green onion in butter. Sprinkle over tomatoes. Bake at 325 degrees until tomatoes get brown.
