PANCIT CANTON 
1 pkg. canton noodles
1/2 shredded cabbage
1/2 bell red pepper
1 c. stripe carrots
1 c. green pea pods
1/2 clove onion
4 pieces garlic, minced
1 c. chicken, cut into strips
1/2 lb. shrimp
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. MSG
1 tbsp. vegetable oil

Saute garlic and onion into vegetable oil and then put the shrimp and chicken; make it tender and brown, then put all the vegetables together and stir occasionally. Add 1 cup water, soy sauce, pepper and MSG. Make that vegetables half cooked then combine the noodles until they cooked it.
