PANCIT MOLO 
1/2 lb. pork, ground
1/2 lb. chicken, cooked and chopped
1 egg
2 tbsp. spring onion, chopped
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. water chestnuts, chopped firmly
25 pcs. Wanton wrapper

BROTH:

1 tbsp. cooking oil
6 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 onion, chopped
1/4 c. shrimp, diced
Soy sauce
1/4 tsp. pepper
Chopped spring onions for garnishing
6 c. chicken broth

Mix thoroughly ingredients for the filling. Wrap in wanton wrapper. Set aside. Saute garlic, onion, shrimp in hot oil. Pour in chicken broth and bring to boil. Drop the stuffed wrapper into the broth. Season according to taste, cover and let boil for 15 minutes. Serve hot, garnished with chopped spring onions.

Note: Shrimp Bisque may be substituted for the shrimp broth in a recipe, if you're in a hurry, but best results are to be had if it is prepared fresh.
