25 Oreo cookies
1/4 lb. butter
3 squares unsweetened chocolate
3 eggs
2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
1/4 c. creme de menthe

Or substitute crushed peppermints or peppermint ice cream.

Crush 20 Oreos and place in a 9"x13" pan. Melt butter and chocolate squares. Beat eggs and add to chocolate mixture, stir until thick.

Add powdered sugar to chocolate mixture and beat well by hand. Pour onto layer of crushed cookies and freeze at least 1 hour. Soften ice cream and stir in creme de menthe. Spoon over chocolate layer. Crush remaining 5 Oreos, sprinkle on top. Freeze overnight or until frozen through.
