1 (16 oz.) Oreo's (crushed)
1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream
1 lg. can evaporated milk
2 sq. unsweetened chocolate
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 Cool Whip
Chopped walnuts

Crush Oreo's and mix with 1/4 cup melted butter. Press in 9x13 pan. Press ice cream on top of cookie mixture. Freeze.

2nd layer: Mix milk, chocolate, 1 cup sugar, butter and cook until thick and bubbly, stirring often. Cool completely. Pour over ice cream and freeze again.

3rd layer: Top with Cool Whip and nuts. Freeze again. Cut into squares.
