POPULAR PIZZA CRUST 
1 pkg. active dry yeast
1 1/4 c. warm water (110 to 115 degrees)
3 1/2 to 4 c. sifted flour
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. oil

Combine above ingredients. Knead until smooth and elastic, about 10 minutes. Place in greased bowl and turn to grease top. Cover and let rise until doubled, about 30 minutes. Knead out large bubbles. Divide into two parts. Roll each out to 1/2 inch. Stretch onto 2 pizza pans. Apply desired toppings. Bake at 450 degrees for 20 minutes.
