PEPPERED SHRIMP 
3 c. (6 sticks) butter
1/4 c. cracked pepper
1/4 c. lemon juice
6 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp. sweet paprika
1/2 tsp. dry basil
1/2 tsp. dry oregano
2 bay leaves
1 tsp. salt
1/2-3/4 tsp. ground red pepper
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
6 lbs. med. or lg. shrimp in shells, heads removed

Melt butter in large pot over medium heat. Add remaining ingredients except shrimp and cook 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add shrimp, cook until just pink. Ladle shrimp and sauce into bowls and serve - serve with French bread to dip into sauce. Scrumptious!
