SHRIMP PEPPER DRESSING 
3 sm. bell peppers
1 loaf French bread
2 med. onions
1 1/2 lbs. med. shrimp
1/2 lb. ground meat

Soak bread in a large bowl of water. Cut up onions, bell pepper, and shrimp very small. Cook ground meat in 1 teaspoon of shortening until medium brown; add onion. Cook until soft. Pour water off bread and cook until mixed well. Add shrimp and bell pepper. Cook over low heat about 1 hour. Salt and pepper to taste.
