FRENCH TOAST - For 2 people | |
2 eggs 1/4 c. milk (approx.) 1/2 tsp. vanilla (approx.) 4 slices of bread Bowl (cereal) Plate Fork Preheat teflon griddle (medium-high) while combining ingredients. Mix eggs, milk and vanilla in a cereal bowl with a fork. Dip bread into goop. Then with a fork, flip or turn the slice of bread over so that both sides are saturated with the mixture. Place on hot griddle. Flip over when slightly brown before you smell a burnt odor. Once the second side is done place the French toast on the plate. Top with high calorie goop (butter, syrup, jams, jellies) if necessary. |
