| BEEF AND CHEESE CRESCENTS (Ground Beef Surprise) | |

1 lb. ground beef 3/4 c. barbecue sauce 2 (8 oz.) crescent rolls 1 pkg. shredded sharp cheese Heat oven to 375 degrees. Brown ground beef; drain. Stir in barbecue sauce; set aside. Unroll 1 crescent roll on cookie sheet. Pat to form rectangle. Spread meat on top and cover with cheese. Unroll second roll. Cover mixture and pinch together at sides. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. | |
