APPLE SLAW 
3/4 c. shredded cabbage
3 tbsp. plain non fat or low fat yogurt
1 tsp. poppy seeds
1/3 c. shredded apple
1 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. lemon juice

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl; stir until well blended. Cover and chill thoroughly. Yield: 2 1/2 cup servings.
