HOT WATER PIE CRUST | |
1/2 c. lard 1/4 c. boiling water Beat until they are cold and creamy. Chill if you have time. 1 1/2 cups cake flour - sifted. Resift with 1/2 teaspoon baking powder and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Combine all, form 2 balls, chill. Proceed as for any 2 crust pie. |
