3 c. sweet potatoes, mashed
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 stick butter

Stir all ingredients together and put in a casserole dish. Top with: 1 cup brown sugar, 2/3 stick butter, 1/3 cup flour, 1 cup of chopped pecans. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes.
