1 c. brown sugar
2 cans sweet potatoes
1 c. orange juice
Cinnamon
Orange peel
Butter
Pineapple (sliced)
1 bag miniature marshmallows

Place potatoes in pan, place pineapple around edges. Slice butter and place on potatoes. Add juice, brown sugar, sprinkle with orange peel and cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. When done, lightly cover potatoes and pineapple with marshmallows. Place under broiler until a light golden brown (only takes a second).
