BAKED SWEET POTATO PIE 
6 med. sweet potatoes
2 sticks butter
4 eggs, beaten
1 c. sugar
1 c. Carnation milk
1 tsp. vanilla flavor
1 tsp. lemon flavor
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Bake potatoes in 350 degrees oven until done. Remove from jackets while hot; mash potatoes. Beat in butter. Beat in eggs, sugar, nutmeg, and cinnamon until creamy. Stir in milk and flavors. Pour mixture into pastry shells. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 300 degrees and bake for another 15- 20 minutes.

For pie: bake 15 minutes at 425 degrees and 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
