BACON DELIGHTS 
3 tbsp. Minute Tapioca
1 (5.5 oz.) can V8 Original tomato juice
1/4 tsp. salt
4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
6 slices bread
6 slices cheese, sliced thin
6 slices bacon

Cook Minute Tapioca and tomato juice in double boiler for 15 minutes, or until tapioca is clear, stirring frequently. Add seasonings.

Arrange bread in baking pan. Cover each slice with cheese and a generous tablespoon of tomato mixture. Place 1 slice bacon on top of tomato.

Bake in hot (450°F) oven until bacon is crisp and brown.

Serves 6.
