TEXAS BACON BURGERS 
1 lb. ground beef sirloin
1 egg
1/3 cup bread crumbs
3 strips bacon (uncooked)
1 tbsp. fajita seasoning
1 tbsp. garlic powder

Mix together all ingredients except the bacon. Divide mixture into thirds and shape into patties. Wrap the bacon around the outside of the patty, like a tire on a wheel, and secure with toothpicks.

Place on hot grill and cook till done and enjoy!

Note: Actually these burgers are best if you can refrigerate overnight. And are really good if you freeze them for a couple of weeks.

Be sure and remove any toothpicks prior to serving!

Makes 3 patties.
