EASY SCALLOPED POTATOES 
8 c. thinly sliced potatoes
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of celery soup
1 c. milk

Spread 1/2 potatoes on bottom of greased 12 x 7 x 2 inch baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients, 3/4 teaspoon salt and dash of pepper. Pour 1/2 over potatoes. Repeat layers, cover, bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Uncover and bake 30-45 minutes longer. Serves 8.
