CHEESY SCALLOPED POTATOES 
6-7 sliced potatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. milk
Onion
Ham chunks
Salt & pepper

Combine soups, sour cream and milk; simmer 10 minutes. Layer potatoes, onion, salt, pepper and ham. Pour sauce over mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours. I use 3 quart casserole.
