CHEESY SCALLOPED POTATO
CASSEROLE
 
Potatoes, enough for 9 x 13 inch pan
2 cans Cheddar cheese soup
1 lg. can evaporated milk
1 can onion rings

Peel and slice potatoes and place in baking dish. Mix the soup and the evaporated milk together and pour over potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Take out and sprinkle the onion rings over top and return to oven for 15 minutes.
