WHEAT GERM ROLLS

1 pkg. dry yeast
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. honey
2 tsp. sea salt
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. raw wheat germ

When mixture is smooth, gradually stir in flour to form a soft dough that is only slightly sticky. Knead until elastic. Form into a ball, brush with oil. Cover and let rise until double in bulk. Knead again. Form into 1 1/2 inch balls, oil and place 1 1/2 inches apart in an oiled pan. Let rise again, then bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Makes about 2 dozen.
