WHEAT GERM PATTIES 
1 1/2 c. wheat germ
1/2 c. Parmesan or Romano cheese
1/2 c. walnuts
1 med. onion, finely chopped
2 eggs
1/4 c. melted butter
Bread crumbs
Water or soy milk

Combine all ingredients-- a food processor is nice but not necessary. Should be a rather pasty-looking mixture. From into patties (I use an ice cream scoop to be exact) and brown in oil, both sides. Place patties in a baking dish and smother with gravy of your choice, cream of mushroom soup mixed with cream of celery, undiluted, or whatever your preference. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes until bubbly.
