NEW ENGLAND SQUASH PIE | |
1 3/4 c. mashed, cooked squash 1 tsp. salt 1 1/2 c. milk 2 lg. eggs 1 c. sugar 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 tsp. nutmeg 1/2 tsp. ginger 1 tbsp. butter, melted 1 pastry shell Beat all ingredients together. Pour into pastry shell. Bake 45 to 55 minutes at 425 degrees. Pie is done when knife inserted in side of filling comes out clean. |
