NEW ENGLAND SQUASH PIE 
1 3/4 c. mashed squash
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. milk
2 lg. eggs
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 tbsp. melted butter

Beat together with rotary beater. Pour into pastry lined pie plate. bake just until a silver knife inserted into center of pie filling comes out clean. 425 degree oven about 40 to 50 minutes. 9 inch pie.
