NEW ENGLAND RUM PIE 
1 c. graham crackers (or 20)
1/4 lb. butter
1/3 c. sugar
Dash of cinnamon

Melt butter and mix with other ingredients. Line pie plate.

FILLING:

4 sm. pkgs. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs, beaten

(It run.) Mix filling stuff to a thick cream. Pour into crust and bake in 375 degree oven for 20 minutes.

TOPPING:

1 c. sour cream
3 tbsp. sugar

(It rum.) While pie is cooking, mix ingredients to make topping. Spread on baked pie and cook 5 minutes more. Cook and serve.
