CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. salt
4 c. diced chicken (breasts and thighs)
1 sm. can mushrooms (bits and pieces)
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. grated onion
1 c. diced celery
1/2 c. sliced almonds
1 c. sliced water chestnuts

Mix all ingredients. Pour into a shallow baking pan. Sprinkle 1/2 cup grated sharp Cheddar cheese and buttered bread crumbs. Bake for 1/2 hour at 450 degrees.
