BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
10 oz. frozen broccoli
1/2 c. butter
4 tbsp. flour
4 chicken bouillon cubes
2 c. milk
2/3 c. water
6 tbsp. butter
2/3 (8 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge stuffing

Grease 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Melt 1/2 cup butter; blend flour and chicken bouillon cubes. Cook over low heat. Gradually add milk. Cook until thick and pour over broccoli. Pour 2/3 bag of stuffing. Heat 2/3 cup water and 6 tablespoons butter and pour over stuffing. Mix together.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes. Don't cover.
