CHICKEN BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
4 chicken breast (cooked and chopped)
1 (10 oz) pkg frozen broccoli (chopped)
1 1/2 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. curry powder

Topping:

2 c. Pepperidge Farm or Kelloggs stuffing mix
1 stick of butter (melted)

Place broccoli in 2 qt. baking dish, top with chicken pieces; sprinkle with cheese. In bowl mix soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and curry powder. Pour liquid mixture over chicken, broccoli and cheese. Mix stuffing and butter together and pour on top.

Bake 350°F for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
