CHICKEN-BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
3 lb. frying chicken
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen broccoli
2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans condensed cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. curry powder
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 tbsp. melted butter

Stew chicken; cool and bone. Steam broccoli until tender; drain. Grease an 11x7-inch casserole and place chicken on the bottom with broccoli on top.

Combine mayonnaise, soup, curry powder and lemon juice. Pour over broccoli. Sprinkle with a mixture of cheese and bread crumbs; combine with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 6.
