BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 boxes cut frozen broccoli
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. grated sharp cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 medium onion, chopped fine
1/2 stick butter
2 eggs, beaten
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 bag Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix (plain)

Cook broccoli and drain. Combine mayonnaise, beaten eggs, salt, pepper, onions and soup and add to broccoli. Pour into baking dish and top with cheese; add melted butter to stuffing mix and put on top of cheese and bake for 45 minutes at 350°F.
