SHRIMP WITH SPINACH 
3 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
2-3 cloves garlic
1 stick butter
1 1/2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 to 1 tsp. hot sauce
2 lb. cooked shrimp
Bread crumbs

WHITE SAUCE:

3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
3 tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Cook spinach with minced garlic and drain well. Melt butter, add Worcestershire sauce, salt, hot sauce. Mix in spinach. Melt butter, stir in flour and add milk to make white sauce. Stir in cheese when slightly thickened. Layer shrimp, spinach, and sauce in butter casserole. Top with bread crumbs and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Serves 6.
