SHRIMP AND SPINACH PASTA | |
1 (16 oz.) box penne' pasta 3 (10 oz. ea.) boxes creamed spinach (thawed) 1 lb. fresh shrimp (cooked and cleaned) 4 cloves fresh garlic (diced) 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter salt and pepper, to taste Cook penne' as directed on package. Cook creamed spinach in microwave as directed. In large frying pan melt butter, add garlic and shrimp. Heat through. Drain penne', place back into pan. Add creamed spinach and fold through, add shrimp mixture and stir through again. Season with salt and pepper. Enjoy! Submitted by: N. Best |
