SHRIMP, SPINACH & LINGUINI TOSS 
1/2 lb. frozen or fresh shrimp, shelled & deveined
1/2 lb. linguini, cooked to taste & drained
1 pkg. frozen spinach, cooked
1 c. chicken broth
1 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. minced onion
Hot pepper flakes to taste
Old Bay or other seafood seasoning

Pre-cook shrimp by boiling in water with Old Bay seasoning. Drain shrimp. Melt butter in saucepan and quickly saute shrimp and onion. Place chicken broth in saucepan and bring to a boil. Mix cooked linguini, shrimp mixture and cooked spinach into chicken broth. Season with hot pepper flakes. Serves 2.
