FRENCH BREAD & PIZZA 
1 can tomato sauce or puree
Dashes of oregano, rosemary, basil, chervil, tarragon (1 clove of garlic, minced)
Onion & garlic powder

Slice French bread 1/2 inch. Brush with sauce. Put Italian sausage, mushrooms, etc. and top with grated Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
