COCONUT JOYS 
1 cube butter
2 c. powdered sugar
3 c. flaked coconut
4-5 oz. melted chocolate semi-sweet morsels

In large pan, melt butter. Stir in powdered sugar. Remove from heat and quickly and thoroughly stir in coconut. With hands, form coconut mixture into walnut-size balls. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet, close together. Indent center slightly with finger tip.

Melt chocolate morsels and while soft, spoon about 1/8 teaspoon into indentation on each candy. Cool sheet in refrigerator. Store candies in airtight container. Yield: approximately 2 dozen.
