LUMPIA 
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 lb. ground pork
4 c. thinly sliced cabbage
1 lg. onion, sliced thinly
1 c. bean sprouts
1 bell pepper, sliced thin
Lumpia wrappers

Brown hamburger and pork; add onion. Cook until it is slightly limp. Add next 4 ingredients and cook until tender. Season with salt and pepper. Remove from heat and drain. Cool.

Separate the lumpia wrappers. Put about 1-1 1/2 tablespoons of mixture in wrapper. Roll like egg roll. Seal with mixture of cornstarch and water or egg white. Deep fry lumpia until golden brown. Serve with sweet and sour sauce.
