LUMPIA 
1 lb. lean pork, ground
1 lb. shrimp, finely chopped
1 carrot, finely chopped
1 c. cabbage, finely chopped
1/2 c. onion, finely chopped
1 tsp. salt
4 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. soy sauce
1 egg
Lumpia or egg roll wrapper
Oil

In a bowl, mix first 5 ingredients. Add egg, soy sauce and mix thoroughly. Season with salt and pepper. At one end of lumpia wrapper, spoon about 2 tablespoonsful of pork mixture and roll tightly. Brush one end of wrapper with water to seal. Deep fry until golden brown.
