BACON AND BLUE CHEESE SALAD | |
1/4 cup Hellman's light Real Mayonnaise 2 tbsp. light sour cream 1/2 tbsp. vinegar 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 1 1/2 lbs cooked sliced red potatoes 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese 2 tbsp. fresh minced chives In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar and mustard. In a large bowl, add potatoes, bacon, blue cheese. Add dressing, toss gently to coat. Sprinkle with chives. Submitted by: Sherry Monfils |
