BAR - B - CUE 
5 lbs. ground beef or ground deer meat
3 tbsp. vinegar
1 1/2 tbsp. mustard
2 c. ketchup
1/3 c. sugar
1 c. onion, chopped
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 green pepper, chopped fine
1 c. celery, chopped
Salt and pepper

Combine all ingredients and simmer 45 minutes.
