BEEF BAR - B - Q 
1 (2 lb.) chuck roast
2 lb. ground beef
4 sm. onions, diced
4 tsp. sugar
1 sm. bottle ketchup
1/2 c. chili sauce
Little vinegar
4 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. salt
Ketchup bottle filled with water

Cook chuck roast until tender. Cool and pull apart into pieces. Brown ground beef and onions. In a large kettle combine sugar, ketchup, water, chili sauce, vinegar, mustard and salt. Add meats to mixture. Cook at least 1 hour or until desired consistency.
