BEEF BAR-B-QUE 
3 lbs. rump roast
1 onion, chopped
1 regular bottle ketchup
1 catsup bottle water
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
Garlic salt
2 tsp. dry mustard
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. brown sugar

Cut off as much fat as possible. Cook meat in sauce at 300 degrees for about 5 hours. After about 4 hours, meat will start to shred. If sauce is too thick, add water. If thin, add catsup. Very good!
