PEACH DANDY 
3/4 c. self-rising flour
1 (3 1/4 oz.) pkg. vanilla pudding mix
3 tbsp. melted butter
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
2 c. sliced peaches
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. peach juice

Mix together flour, pudding mix, butter, egg and milk. Pour into greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Spread peaches over. Combine cream cheese, sugar and peach juice. Spread over the peaches. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until brown. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream. This recipe won first prize.
