CHILI CON QUESO 
6-8 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
1 med. onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 lbs. Velveeta
1 can chili peppers, chopped
1 can tomatoes, drained and broken up

Fry onion and garlic in bacon grease until tender; drain. Melt Velveeta in a double boiler. Add all ingredients to the melted cheese. Mix well. Heat mixture thoroughly. Serve warm with corn chips
