CHINESE PORK CHOPS 
1 can mushroom soup
2 boxes frozen chinese vegetables
1 sm. can mushrooms, drained
1 (6 oz.) pkg. Uncle Ben long grain rice
1 1/3 c. water

Mix together and put in casserole. Place pork chops on top. Bake 1 hour 20 minutes at 350 degrees. If chops get too brown cover.
