CHINESE HOT DISH 
2 lb. hamburger
1 c. celery
1 c. onion
1 can tomato soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. water
1 c. water chestnuts
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 c. sliced mushrooms
2 1/2 c. chow mein noodles
1 c. Chinese vegetables

Brown hamburger and drain. Add celery and onion; cook until soft. Add rest of ingredients except noodles. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour in a 9 x 13 inch glass cake pan.
