CHINESE CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked, cubed chicken
1 c. lg. diced celery
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. mayonnaise (Hellmann's)
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
Crushed potato chips for topping
Chinese noodles

Mix chicken, celery, soup, mayo and water chestnuts into a 9"x13" (or a bit smaller) dish. Top with chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour or until bubbly through. Serve over Chinese noodles.
