1 box yellow cake mix
1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
1 stick butter
1 sm. can mandarin oranges

Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Cool.

TOPPING:

1 (16 oz.) container Cool Whip
1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
1 lg. box vanilla pudding

Make pudding according to box. Mix in pineapple and Cool Whip. Pour over cooled cake.
