1 box Duncan Hines orange cake mix
4 eggs
1/4 c. oil
1 can mandarin oranges

Mix above ingredients with electric mixer for 3 to 4 minutes. Bake in 3 (9") cake pans, greased and floured at 325 degrees for 25 minutes.

FROSTING:

1 (13 oz.) Cool Whip
1 box vanilla instant pudding
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained

Whip together and frost cool cake.
