1 pkg. orange cake mix
3/4 c. oil
4 eggs
1 can mandarin oranges with juice

Mix all of the above together, bake 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cake cool completely and then ice with following.

ICING:

Stir together the following:

1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip
1 box vanilla instant pudding
1 can crushed pineapple - less most of juice
1 can mandarin oranges, cut into sm. pieces
