BARBECUE BEEF 
1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
3/4 c. chopped onion
3/4 c. chopped celery
Salt & pepper to taste
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. cider vinegar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. catsup

Brown beef in skillet. Drain off excess fat. Add onion and celery; cook 5-7 minutes. Add salt and pepper. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Put in baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serve on buns with pickle relish or cole slaw.

Serves 8.
